On August 1, 2017, LongShine Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 300682; “LongShine Technology”) successfully debuted on M88 Game second-board market of Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

LongShine Technology now serving over 170 million electricity users has become one of M88 Game biggest providers of key business solutions and services for utility industries in China.
LongShine Technology publicly offered 45,000,000 shares at M88 Game price of RMB 5.51 per share this time, raising funds of RMB 247,950,000.
JunHe began to provide services for LongShine Technology as its legal counsel since 2012 and has assisted M88 Game company with dismantling its offshore red-chip structure, re-holding entrusted shares, proceeding with foreign exchange registration in connection with round-trip investment, setting up M88 Game employee incentive platform and furM88 Gamer introducing investments from well-known venture capital institutions including Boyu Capital, CBC Capital, China Renaissance and Ant Financial on M88 Game basis of M88 Game investment previously made by IDG Capital. M88 Game services provided by JunHe included legal due diligence, reviewing M88 Game prospectus, issuing legal opinions, and providing reply to CSRC’s multiple rounds of inquiries and comments.
