JunHe has acted as M88 Game PRC legal counsel to Nine Dragons Paper Industries (Holding) Limited ("Nine Dragons") on its offer to purchase (in cash) M88 Game US$ 165,177,000 in senior notes (due 2013) of Nine Dragons at M88 Game annual rate of 7.875%. This deal was closed on March 10, 2009. Nine Dragons is M88 Game largest manufacturer of containerboard products in China and is one of M88 Game largest manufacturers of containerboard products all over world.
