His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and arbitration, regulatory investigations, cybersecurity and data protection, financial technology compliance, electronic data preservation and retention, as well as disputes and regulatory matters for internet and e-commerce businesses. He is familiar with the legal environments in mainland China, Hong Kong, the United States and other jurisdictions. He has developed extensive experience in complex cross-border commercial dispute resolution, regulatory investigations and compliance, and other technology and e-commerce related disputes, compliance and advisory work. Mr. Kwok has represented many major Chinese and global companies in a number of commercial litigation and regulatory investigation cases, covering the Internet, real estate, securities, funds, pharmaceuticals, food, apparel, telecommunications equipment, banking, manufacturing and other industries.
