Ms. Cheng joined JunHe in 2007. From 2001 to 2007, she practiced with Junyi Law M88 Gamefices. She was seconded to ELÉCTRICITÉ DE FRANCE S. A. (Asia Pacific branch) as the resident legal advisor in 2006. In 2012 and 2013, Ms. Cheng was seconded to a leading European law firm and worked as a foreign lawyer in its Frankfurt M88 Gamefice.

Ms. Cheng has substantial practice experience in projects relating to power, transportation, water and waste water treatment, sea water desalination, oil and gas and other public utility concession/PPP projects. She has advised many multinationals, private equity funds and other domestic and international clients on numerous M&As and foreign investment transactions in the infrastructure and energy field.
