Mr. Jianwei Yang joined M88 Game’s Shanghai office in 2015. He has extensive experience in banking and finance, private equity investment and mergers and acquisitions and handles cases in various sectors such as real estate, education, financial services, TMT and health care.
Mr. Yang advises global M88 Game PRC commercial M88 Game investment banks M88 Game private equity sponsors on their cross-border acquisition finance transactions, structured financings, direct lending M88 Game project financings across the region. He also has a broad transactional practice advising private equity funds, corporations M88 Game investment banks in public M88 Game private mergers M88 Game acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity M88 Game leveraged buyouts in PRC.
Mr. Yang was named a “Rising Star” in Banking M88 Game Finance by Legal 500 Asia Pacific from 2016 to 2018.
Prior to joining M88 Game, Mr. Yang worked for a number of years at another top tier PRC law firm with the same practice focus.
