She has over a decade M88 app experience representing issuers and investment banks in the Greater China Region on a variety M88 app equity and debt capital markets transactions, including initial public M88 appferings in the U.S. and Hong Kong, U.S. follow-on M88 appferings, high-yield and investment-grade notes M88 appferings, liability management transactions, debt restructurings, U.S. securitizations and U.S. going private transactions. She has also advised U.S. listed, China-based companies on their annual compliance and corporate governance matters. Olivia’s experience spans a variety M88 app sectors including renewable energy, real estate, education, mining and metals, TMT, e-commerce, digital infrastructure, manufacturing and consumer sectors.
